Freeburg C.C.S.D. No. 70 commissions portrait of Herschel Parrish

Dr. Rob Hawkins, Freeburg C.C.S.D. No. 70 Superintendent, commissioned Rick Bayers to paint a portrait of Herschel Parrish, retiring Freeburg C.C.S.D. No. 70 Board of Education President. Over the years, Rick has also painted two retired Superintendents that currently hang at the school's board room. Rick grew up as a child in Freeburgs IL and also attended the grade school.
